How it works

A production pipeline, not a project gamble

Every course runs on the same data-driven engine, so your budget goes into content and craft — not rebuilding a player from scratch each time.

01Discovery & script

You share source material — slides, SOPs, policy docs, SME notes. Our instructional designers restructure it into a storyline script: modules, scenes, decisions, and knowledge checks, mapped to your learning objectives. You sign off the script before anything is built.

02Theme & art direction

Pick one of 10,000+ theme worlds — each with backgrounds, a guide character, and a proven narrative structure. We adapt the world to your subject, or produce a fully custom theme with your branding for enterprise engagements.

03Build & voice

The course is assembled from interaction blocks — reveals, drag-and-drop, quizzes, branching decisions, simulations. Studio-quality narration is recorded for every scene, with the guide character reacting to learner choices. You review a live link, not screenshots.

04Export & launch

You receive a self-contained SCORM 1.2 package. Upload it to your LMS — completion and scores report automatically. No LMS? We host it and give you enrolment links, leaderboards, and completion reports.

Inside every course

Learners don't click next. They make calls.

  • Expedition maps — modules are camps on a journey, not a menu
  • Guide characters — a narrator who reacts to every choice
  • Decision screens — branching consequences, not right/wrong popups
  • XP & leaderboards — cohort competition that drives completion
  • Glossary & recaps — reinforcement built into the story

Data-driven updates

Content lives as structured data, so policy updates or new questions are edits — not rebuilds.
